Over the years at the inaugural Australian International Beach Tennis Championships has taken place on Sth Melbourne shorelines. Featuring some of the worlds elite form France, Itlay and Portugal, raw Australian talent proved it was there to make its mark, featuring a podium place in all but one event. 

In coming times we hope to see many new and fresh faces, which will further establish the commitment to a game, that has unique fitness, technical and mental attributes. But most of all demonstrates great sportsmanship in a fun, heathy and highly passionate environment.

Future events will be very exciting and innovative, and will continue to give the sport integrity and credibility amongst the sporting world.

Beach Tennis Australia is supported by the City of Port Philip and was a Finalist in the CitiPower City of Port Phillip Business Excellence Awards.
