ENTRY FEE: $50 per pairing or $25 per individual/event. 2 events $40, 3 events $60, 4 events $80

Included in entries will be a tournament pack and giveaways.

Please note:

• We would encourage most entrants to enter Open events. Friday night will be qualifying events into Open Draw if needed.
  
• Players may enter max of 2 events per a day.
• Please bring water and sustainance you may require through the tournament.
• Men / Women's Open Draws, Masters Draws, Junior Open and fun sections draws may be cancelled pending numbers or combined with a fun section. Players will be notified before event.
  
• All Events are Double Elimination; all players must lose twice in their chosen event.
• Tournament organisers reserve the right to forfeit any player.
• Adults: who enter Masters, over 35 you need to be aged correctly on the day of the event you are entering;                                                                         
• ie if you are over 35, from the .................., therefore you can play in the over 35. 
  
• Players entering doubles events without a partner will accept any partner allocated by the tournament Committee,
• Please state your tennis ability or pennant experience.

Sanctioned by Beach Tennis Australia

1. The tournament is conducted within the rules of the game as governed by International regulations adopted by Beach Tennis Australia, except as altered by these conditions.
   
2. The tournament committee shall have the entire management of the event and reserves the right to refuse entries without explanation, reduce the length of matches in the event of inclement weather or cancel events where insufficient entries are received. All matches will be self umpired. Unless you request an umpire yourself.
   
3. The IFBT Code of Conduct will apply to all events. View on Website. The committee reserves the right to disqualify any player whose conduct is deserving of such action.
   
4. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the tournament director is final.
   
5. Entry fees should accompany entries, which must be on the prescribed form and lodged with the Tournament Directors before..............2022.. Tournament Directors have the right to close entries early. As events become full.
   
6. Competitors are limited to 2 events per day, with double elimination.
   
7. Players entering doubles events without a partner will accept any partner allocated by the tournament committee. This condition does not impose any obligation on the committee to find a partner.
   
8. The Open & fun tournament will commence on .........., 2022. Registration from 8:30am. Matches commence 9:00am.   Entry fee, includes public liability insurance. Singles and Mixed Doubles on Saturday........., Doubles on ..............2022. Over 35 or Age events, must be of age on the date of event.
   
9. All competitors must be at the nominated courts to commence their match at the stated time, whatever the weather. Any competitor unable to commence a match when called upon to do so, may be disqualified and entry fee forfeited. If any player states a forfeit, due to injury, it must be reported and recorded and sated to the tournament director.
   
10. Players will need to state on forms if they have any injury or health difficulties.
    
11. Doubles/Mixed matches will be an 7 up Set, tiebreak at 6 all. Singles Matches will be a 7 up set Double elimination means that to be totally eliminated from the draw, your team must lose 2 matches. Elimination matches for Doubles/Mixed/Singles will be played to 6 games and a tie-break at 5 all. FORMAT can be Subject to change on the da and is the decision of the tournament referee. These conditions may relate to other events, run in conjuction with Beach Tennis Australia.

13. Completion of this form gives the event organiser and promoters the authority to use the Player’s Image for promotional purposes - During and after the event, Beach Tennis Australia may use player's images to promote players connection to Beach Tennis Australia sponsors, in all publicity, promotions and marketing activities in any form of media whatsoever.
14. Use of Promotional material - Any promotional advertising and or other materials produced by Beach Tennis Australia or sponsors bears the players image may be broadcast, displayed , reproduced, or used on an unlimited basis for promotional or other purposes withour Players's consent being necessary and without any payment to the Player.
